Setiap wanita pasti tidak terlepas dari keinginan untuk memiliki tubuh langsing dengan melakukan diet, lebih-lebih lagi bagi yang mempunyai berat badan berlebihan. Namun begitu ada yang terlalu obses mengamalkan diet dengan sanggup berlapar dari pagi sampai petang dan malam. Malah ada juga yang mengawal segala keinginan nafsu untuk makan.

Walau bagaimanapun menurut pelakon Catriona Ross, diet tidak semestinya mengawal makan sebaliknya boleh terus ‘enjoy’ menikmati hidangan enak lagi berkhasiat.

Tetapi dia menggunakan cara sihat untuk mendapatkan berat badan idaman seperti sekarang dan salah satunya adalah mengamalkan diet eat clean sejak 2016 lagi dan juga melakukan aktiviti pendakian.

Walaupun kini sudah mendapat berat badan ideal, tetapi Catriona masih lagi menjaga diet pemakanannya dengan mengamalkan pengambilan makanan sihat.

Pan fry ikan jenahak lepas tu i garnished dengan chopped tomatoes, garlic, spring onions and some red chillies. Semua direnihkan. Season w Himalayan salt. Dah siap, top over the fish … My couscous tu i just stir fry chopped cauliflower with garlic, onions and some parsley. Voilaa !!!

Didnt feel like having anything else but steak today. Steaks are often our Friday night out meal but hubs works late tonight so i took matters into my own hands ! Marinated striploin with rosemary, Himalayan salt and pepper. Then grilled with butter. Brocolli sauteed with garlic and a bit of Himalayan salt. Siap !!! .

My go-to comfort food. Usually, ill make nasi goreng kampung with brown rice. Today, i decided to try out making this w cauliflower. Tastes just as amazing! . Cara dia sama aje macam nasi goreng biasa .

Goreng bilis. Put aside. Scrambled 1 egg. Letak tepi. Goreng garlic sampai crispy, add in your veges. I ada sliced celery, sliced french beans, daun bawang and i added sliced cili padi. Lepas tu masukkan eggs, bilis goreng and cauliflower. Gaul then tutup api. Season with white pepper & Himalayan salt !!! Boleh makan with sambal belacan. I had it with sejenis kicap cair & sliced cilipadi

Teppanyaki Inspired Grilled Beef & Cabbage

Ok, beef tu was marinated with garlic powder & white pepper. Grill in butter/oil, which ever is preferred ….. Saute sliced cabbage with garlic and shiitake mushrooms. Tutup api. Sprinkle Himalayan salt, spring onions & kicap cair/liquid aminos which ever is your choice. Get a stylish set of chopsticks out and there you go !!!!

Bubur Nasi

Honestly, sedap nya bubur today although main ingedients are only grated brocolli, water & coconut flour ! Belum pernah seumur hidup i buat bubur dengan bahan lain selain using white rice, brown rice,oats atau jagung … I hope you guys akan enjoy and savour this dish as much as i have today

Steps : Sudah i videokan jadi all of you boleh tengok  Kalau rasa tak suka brocolli, you may grate your cauliflower tp i think the taste with brocolli wasnt bad at all apa lagi bila kita makan dengan semua condiments macam in the pic .

Condiments : Today i prepared telur masin, kangkung tumis galic, ikan bilis crispy bawang, cili padi kicap, bawang goreng, hirisan halia dan sedikit minyak bijan untuk bau  Enjoy everyone !!!

Bahan-bahan utama are in the next photo. Do fry your noodles macam biasa. Tumis garlic, cili padi then masukkan ayam and followed by the veges. For seasoning i only used Himalayan salt, white pepper & liquid aminos. You all boleh use your kicap cair or which ever is prefered ..
